James is the Founder of Quest, he works with clients every day as well as with investors in the UK, France, Switzerland and the US. He has worked exclusively in fund placement since 1999. James loves his job. His key motivation is helping clients establish ambitious long term fundraising strategies to develop their business in a way to fit their personal goals and marrying it with like minded investors.

Natalya has been part of Quest since inception. She works with investors across Germany, Holland, Spain, UK and the US as well as advising clients through their fundraise. She has worked in placement for 20 years. Natalya really enjoys the sales function and enjoys seeking out ways to convert opinion. She loves language and gets great satisfaction in working on the key positioning messages.

Vince has worked in the private equity industry for over 30 years and has served as Chairman of the British Venture Capital and Private Equity Association. A former GP and Quest client, he is a senior adviser to Quest and assists the firm in all aspects of the fundraising process, operational matters and strategy. He is driven by a passion for the private equity asset class and for providing clients, through Quest, with a first class fundraising service.

Giorgio is part of Quest sales team and is responsible for investors coverage in Europe and the US. Giorgio has more than fifteen years of experience in the alternative investment industry. In his career, Giorgio helped successfully bring to market complex, multi asset class investment products and raise assets from institutional investors globally. He enjoys discussing investment opportunities with investors and supporting them in achieving their objectives.

Paul is a member of the Quest sales team, responsible for investor coverage across Europe and the US. With over 13 years of experience in fund sales, he has worked with investors across EMEA, as well as North and South America. Paul is dedicated to building long-term, meaningful relationships with investors and assisting them in finding the right solutions to meet their and their clients' objectives.

Andrew is a member of the Quest Client Management team, where he helps our clients develop and manage their fundraising strategy. He joined Quest with a strong foundation in Private Equity deal advisory and brings extensive experience working with mid-market PE firms across EMEA and APAC. Andrew enjoys helping both emerging and established GPs develop and execute successful fundraising plans and build lasting investor relationships.

Gianluca sits in our client management team, specializing in transaction solutions with a focus on supporting Quest’s emerging managers and independent sponsor clients. Gianluca joined Quest with a background in corporate finance, transaction services, and full-cycle sell-side execution, with significant experience across mid-market M&A and cross-border deals throughout Europe and the U.S. At Quest, Gianluca is passionate about helping mid-market clients and emerging GPs achieve their strategic goals, facilitating value-driven LP partnerships and driving results, including deal-by-deal fundraising.

Atamert is part of the Quest sales team and is responsible for investor coverage across Europe and the US. Atamert has over 4 years of experience in ETF sales at State Street Global Advisors where he covered wealth managers, family offices and private banks across the UK. He enjoys building long-term, meaningful relationships with investors and helping them in achieving their objectives.

Gonzalo is a member of the Project Management team, where he supports clients across all stages of the fundraising cycle. He brings experience in private equity investing, having previously work at a European Fund of Funds where he led fund diligence and built strong GP relationships. Gonzalo particularly enjoys working with international teams and supporting clients in achieving best-in-class market positioning.

Alice joined the Quest sales team in June 2025 as an associate. She helps with LP and GP communication and helps the origination team. Alice has 8+ years sales experience almost 4 of which was spent as sales director for a FMCG start-up. She then moved to family office Caledonia Investments where she was supporting the North America Funds Team. Alice is expanding her knowledge daily and is excited about this new career path combining her sales background and experience working for an LP.

Duncan is the Head of Operations and Compliance with over 18 years of experience in the financial industry. He specialises in building processes and procedures, ensuring robust controls and functions across all business aspects. His strategic approach and attention to detail have consistently driven organizational efficiency and regulatory adherence. With a proven track record, Duncan continues to lead with a focus on operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Louise is Executive Assistant to James. Prior to joining Quest in 2023, Louise worked within Private Equity for over 10 years. She enjoys juggling schedules, as well as working with Clients and Investors to ensure the smooth running of busy diaries.

Hannah is Executive Assistant to Natalya and Vince. She is responsible for office management, client roadshows and logistics. Hannah also supports operations for the business. She really enjoys logistics planning and seeing the successful outcome of complex client roadshows, as these meetings can be key to the relationship between investor and client.

Angela is the Head of Marketing at Quest. Her expertise spans both marketing and social media. Her key responsibility is to drive the Quest marketing strategy. She excels in shaping press narratives, leading marketing initiatives, and enhancing brand image. Angela has a passion for innovative marketing solutions and emerging technologies.
